This pickle is an old traditional favourite of Gujarat region. Dates Pickle or Khajur Ka Achar is a sweet and tangy pickle made by marinating dates in spices. It is lip-smackingly good, the addictive pickle that can be slathered over toast, and a side with paratha, and rotis.
Ingredients: Dates, Lemon juice, Black Salt, Black Pepper, Red chilly Paper, Ginger powder, Cumin seeds, Asafoetida (Hing), Sugar, Salt.

Storage Instruction : Shelf Life is 18 months if stored properly in cool and dry places away from sunlight. Wet spoon should be avoided and bottle lid should always be closed properly after usage.
